We contacted Chris when we were in the process of buying a dilapidated 1960s property a year ago. We could see the potential for making a beautiful home but wanted an experts advice and Chris immediately saw the vision that had and told us that he could do what we wanted and he would love to take on the challenge.
From that point on Chris and his Operations Manager (and wife) Rachel guided us through the process of architects, building permits and inspections etc and as so as soon as everything was in place we were given a start date and everything went smoothly from there. Rachel drew up a payment schedule which was staged to coincide with each phase of the renovation and this worked well as we knew exactly where we were at all times. Chris and Rachel also project managed everything including dealing with suppliers of fixtures and fittings that we sourced in addition to giving us sound advice on some of our ideas and bringing their own to the table.
Chris has a team of great professional craftsmen who worked their socks off for us and they were on site every working day. It was a big project but it went very smoothly with no issues and this was all down to Chris and his team. We now have a totally transformed modern family home finished to a very high spec and we are thrilled to bits. We cannot praise Chris highly enough and if you are thinking of asking him to carry out a project on your home you will not be disappointed.

Chris and Rachel have been beyond amazing… I couldn’t have picked a more difficult time to renovate an apartment in the Town Centre. Starting the project in January and completing in August, as a team (and I say that because that’s exactly what it felt like). We had to deal with delays with supplies, COVID isolation, illness and much more. However, throughout communication was excellent and we dealt with each situation with humour and clear next steps.
This was my first project after returning back to the Town Centre and I took on the apartment knowing I wanted to really go for it.
Chris not only supported some crazy ideas, he also told me to wind it in if they were getting out of hand! The team were all highly skilled, great people, respectful and super tidy. Letting me ask questions and I’ve learnt such a lot. The contractors Chris brings in have so much respect for him and his standards are high….a few things were not to his satisfaction (I was ok with them) but Chris would insist on rectifying something he felt was just not right. Even when I had just one room to live in Chris and the team made sure I was always comfortable and had access to utilities to make the really dusty and dirty stage as easy as possible.
Payments for the work were paid throughout at a steady rate which was great for managing budget. I had so much fun doing this…. And actually missed them when they had to jump on another job. Yes the project took longer than expected but at no fault of Chris and his team…in his words ‘it is what it is’. I now have this phrase on my shelves! Thank you to Chris and all of the team for making my fresh start in the City a fantastic one, I have the perfect party apartment!
