Alison's Victorian Restoration: From Disrepair to Elegance

This project was a 4 storey period property, which was a full restoration and remodel including a rear addition with lantern roof and basement conversion and full landscaping.

The renovation works included major structural alterations including steel beams, timber structure and aluminum cladding to the rear dormer roof as well as the construction of a new addition for an open plan kitchen space.

Our client had a strong vision for this property which was in disrepair. It was to be brought back to life with powerful décor and intricate details in keeping with its traditional Victorian style.

As a retired pastry chef our clients wanted to push the boat out with commercial kitchen appliances and the conversion of the basement was made into a food prep space.

This was a large scale project with complex restoration works and our client is delighted with the final result.

Sara's Family Home Transformed into a Modern Living Space

This project was a first floor remodel of a dated single family home. The clients were wanting to change the use of some of the existing rooms and create a more open family living space with a more modern aesthetic.

The remodeling works included structural alterations with steel beams, roof work, skylights and 5 pane bi fold doors opening to large terrace. A new laundry room, shower room, new kitchen and living space, powder room and games room for the children.

The family love the new open space ideal for entertaining and being in one all open space.

Luke's Investment Transformed into a Stunning Airbnb

This project was an old period style run down property. This was an investment property purchased for renovation to be transformed into an Air BNB.

The renovation works included taking the property back to its bare brick structure and re boarded with a traditional plaster skim finish, a full re wire, new heating system. Kitchen and bathroom remodel and the creation of an additional en suite. Completed with LVT flooring and carpet and a fully bespoke painted finish.

The property was finally staged with high end furniture to achieve a maximum rental return for this fantastic transformation.

Anne and Stuart's First Floor Remodel

This project was a complete first floor remodel of a dated single family property. Our clients wanted to expand the kitchen space to include open plan dining with sliding bi fold doors leading out to the rear yard bringing the outside in when weather allowed. In addition the lounge space was fully renovated bringing a fresh and modern new look to the home.

In addition a new shower room and laundry area was created with necessary walk through areas and pantry making the best use of the new space.

The renovation works included a number of steel beams with the removal of structural load bearing walls to create the new spaces as well as new heating systems and updated insulation for a more energy efficient home.

Our clients love the new modern feel to their property which they can now enjoy for years to come.
